Another pho shop, but with more! Had Father's Day dinner there with my daughter. What a find! Located in a former Sir Pizza and Smashburger space. Spring rolls to start were expertly wrapped and steamed with fresh veggies. Love their peanut sauce! My pork chops were good, a bit thin and a touch overcooked but seasoned deliciously and did have some residual juiciness. The star of the meal was this beef and vermicelli soup my daughter ordered. It was superb! Dessert was a homemade(!) brownie, rich and full of chocolate goodness. Server was an earnest young man, new to restaurant work being coached by one of the owners. We had a delightful time eating really good food.
